Serena Lee (she/her/hers) is a third-year undergraduate majoring in Psychology, with a minor in Education Studies. She is from Hacienda Heights, CA, about an hour drive east from UCLA. She joined CCNL to get first-hand experience in psychology research, as well as to expand her knowledge about psychosis-spectrum disorders. Serena’s main research interests involve improving treatment/rehabilitation centers for people in higher levels of mental health treatment, with a focus on addressing issues regarding accessibility and inclusivity. After she finishes her time in undergrad at UCLA, her goal is to join a Ph.D. program for clinical psychology, and eventually become a professor. During her free time, Serena enjoys playing piano, thrifting, and going home to play with her two puppies, Maple and Marley!
