Kristen is the lab manager for the CCNL. She just recently graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a degree in Psychology. Throughout her undergraduate education, she did a mixture of clinical work with different psychiatric and developmental populations, neuropsychological work, and schizophrenia research as an undergraduate research assistant at the CCNL. In conjunction with the Psychology Research Opportunities Program at UCLA, she developed her own independent project researching the neural basis effects of anxious attachment on the development of subclinical paranoia. Once she gains more experience, she intends on pursuing her doctorate in clinical psychology. Outside of lab, you can find Kristen trying new restaurants around LA, enjoying live music, or hanging out at the beach.
