Dylan Hughes (he/him) is a second-year clinical student. He graduated from UMass Boston in 2018, spent 3 years working at Massachusetts General Hospital studying the polygenic underpinnings and neural substrates of adolescent psychopathology, and then another year at UCLA focusing his research specifically on youth at risk for psychosis. Dylan is interested in using structural neuroimaging and genetic data to understand the biological etiologies of risk for psychosis, and how discrimination and policy impact psychosis risk in gender expansive youth. Outside of the lab, he enjoys rock climbing, live jazz, eating good food, and birds.
